Enjoy the fruits of their knowledge. \n \nAfter years of working as cellar master at a large winery in Mâconnais, Richard Luzy took what he'd learned started his own business with childhood friend François Macarez. Their vines grow on the slopes around the staggering Rock of Solutr̩é created from a fossilised coral plateau more than 160 million years ago, and home to viticulture since at least the Roman era.
