DELIVERIES
Q: I’ve ordered my wine online, when will my wine be delivered?
Your delivery may take up to 4 working days depending on your location and our drivers routes,
however most orders are delivered with 24-48 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us with
regard to delivery date and approximate timing - we will do our best to provide an accurate ETA.
Q: If I buy wine in your shop, will you deliver?
Yes! We have free local delivery over £80 and if you’re within 15 mins walk, we will trolley it round.
Q: I haven’t seen my receipt for my online purchase, has my order been taken?
Please check your email has not gone into your trash folder. If it is not there, please call us during
shop hours on 02079162115 so we can help you.

Q: What is your returns policy?

Q: Do you just sell wine?
We sell much more! We have over 1,000 products which includes a carefully selected range of
artisan spirits, craft beers/ciders.
Q: Do you sell other size bottles (1/2’s and 1.5 litres)?
Yes! Visit our Wine page, select “Bottle Size” on the left-hand menu and search for

Q: Can I buy wines and pay for it over the phone?
No, we are unable to take payments over the phone; however, all the products available in our shopare available on our website, which takes secure payments.
Q: Can I order online and pick up from your store?
Yes! We offer a Click & Collect service from our shop. When ordering online just select the shop you would like to collect from when you check out.
Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! Buy gift vouchers online, or in store, and redeem them in any of our shops.
Q: Do you keep my credit card number when I order online?
No, we do not keep credit card information on our website as payments are processed by a third
party website.
EVENTS
Q: Do you hold wine tastings?
Yes, we hold regular informal walk in wine tastings and more structured sit down events. Please
enquire about dates and timings of these.
