Meet Margarita and Rocío, a fourth-generation wine wizards who inherited more than just their grandparents' quirky sense of humor. They’ve taken up the noble mission of turning grapes into greatness—one bottle at a time! Proudly continuing a project born with a “granelista” spirit, they’ve mastered the ancient art of learning from the land (and tasting a lot of wine along the way). After fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for an extended period prior to bottling. This technique adds texture, weight and complexity, giving the wine a more layered structure.
