Eric Forest is making some world class Pouilly-Fuissé, and this 2023 is no exception! Citrus fruits, lemon, pineapple, leading to peach on the nose and palate. The wine is creamy and rich, textural and tangy. Lovely pineapple., lemon with some creamy, nutty characters.
