Domaine Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 2021

Cornas Granit 60 is a highly regarded 100% Syrah red wine produced by Domaine Vincent Paris in the Northern Rhône region of France. It takes its name from the 60-degree steepness of the granitic slopes where the grapes are grown. \nThis wine is known for its power and concentration, derived from old vines and the unique terroir of the Cornas appellation.  Sourced from three specific vineyard plots with vines ranging from 30 to 100 years old. \n \nThe wine is aged for approximately 12 to 14 months in older oak barrels to preserve its fresh, non-oxidative character.
