Crémant d’Alsace.  François Sorg makes beautifully balanced Crémant from 50% Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Gris and 40% Chardonnay. Antoine has inherited from his uncle some prime terrior, 2.5 hectares including Grand Cru Eichberg, which we should see next year.
