Made from Chardonnay grapes carefully selected from different vineyards, this is a traditional method fizz with elegance, structure and great ageing potential. Babylonstoren Sprankel is crafted to maintain freshness and a refined finish for years to come.  As various altitudes create different microclimates, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected from different vineyards to create this wine.
